Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation and oversight of the company’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Management System for the project.
Encourage a positive health and safety culture on-site, working with Site Management, Contractors, and workers.
Track EHS compliance on-site and produce weekly inspection reports.
Cultivate, sustain, and enhance collaborative relationships with the broader project team.
Guide and mentor the site team in adopting best practice EHS standards.

Requirements

Accredited EHS Degree or Diploma (preference for NEBOSH diploma or equivalent qualification).
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related role.
Construction experience is advantageous, particularly in pharma/industrial sectors.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Competent in IT skills, including MS Office and database usage.
Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
