Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.
• Manage and supervise on-site construction teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in Dublin or Ireland.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
