This is an Exciting opportunity for a determined, ambitious person with joinery experience of any kind to join one of Irelands leading bespoke joinery fitout companies. Due to an increasing demand for our products and workmanship in the bespoke joinery commercial sector, we now have a requirement for a Project Coordinator with drawing and project management experience to join our family run team, which is in existence since 1997. You will be undertaking the organisation of various commercial projects, using your knowledge and experience to produce a high quality end product, delivered to our customers with quality and attention to detail as your key goals. Support and training will be given to the right candidate allowing them to grow into this role especially if they need to furthe rthere learning in CAD as well as project management. Summary: The Project Co-Ordinator is responsible for the design and coordination of their relevant project and Works orders throughout the project cycle from design to completion. They are responsible for production, quality and ensuring their project is delivered to agreed production and delivery dates agreed with the Operations Manager. Responsibilities: - Drawing & Design - RFT (Right First Time) · Take ownership of a joinery fitout project from start to finish, including monitoring timelines and regularly following up on all aspects of the project · Build relationships with clients/contractors and architects · Procure materials, securing best price and quality with assistance from the purchasing manager · Delivering a project on time/budget and to the highest quality, including regular quality checks with the site manager and the production team Qualifications/Requirements · Experience in Joinery & Fit Out projects, offices/bars/housing etc. a distinct advantage · Experience in CAD/CAM · Strong business acumen in project planning and management · Strong verbal, written, time and organizational skills · Solution based, driven, assertive, problem solver with a "can do" attitude, · Adaptable in the face of changing priorities and events · Customer focused with exacting attention to detail · Willingness to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From €40,000.00 per year Benefits:
