Your new role
Your new role involves meeting new and existing clients to assess their financial needs, making recommendations & providing solutions to client requirements, ensuring adherence to current regulations and standards. Identifying financial services needs with potential and existing clients. Active involvement in networking events to generate new quality connections and business.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be QFA qualified with good technical Life & Pensions knowledge. Will have a proven track record in delivering commercial success from business development, effective needs analysis, sales delivery and risk management activities, averaging 10 years of experience. Have substantial experience within Life & Pensions. Have a strong research background and understanding of sourcing information from various data sources. This position also requires a candidate who is self-motivated, ambitious and has excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus. Someone reliable, with strong interpersonal skills and a professional manner. Be proficient in the use of MS Office and Customer Relationship Management software. Be highly organised and able to produce consistent standards of work within reasonable timeframes. The candidate must pass all compliance and legal background checks before being selected.
