Senior Site Engineer Skills: The Senior Engineer role would suit an experienced, delivery orientated individual with 5-10 years years residential / mixed development construction experience with an Engineering degree or similar qualification. Housing / apartment experience is desirable.

As Senior Engineer: Responsibilities will include:

• Developing strong relationships with sub-contractors and quality control for sub-contractor’s work
• Management and monitoring of ground works, concrete frame, utilities and civil engineering contractors
• Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure project completed to a high standard and on time
• Coordinating site drawings, maintaining site records

The Package: An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €70,000 - €75,000 + vehicle.
