About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations and Maintenance Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of a major infrastructure asset.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of a key component of the national infrastructure.

The Role:
As the Operations and Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the operations and maintenance activities, ensuring that all technical and operational requirements are met to the highest standards. You will coordinate with technical teams, manage budgets, and maintain strong relationships with public authorities and other stakeholders.

This role demands a leader with a strong civil engineering background, extensive experience in infrastructure operations, and a passion for maintaining operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, recognised by relevant authorities. Additional qualifications in economics or finance would be beneficial.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in operations and maintenance within large-scale infrastructure projects, strong experience in managing relationships with public authorities and other key stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams and manage subcontractors effectively.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strategic thinker with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
