Job: Sales Executive (Cyber Security)
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Working arrangement: onsite full time
Type: Permanent
Basic Salary: €30,000 (OTE Circa €100k+)
We are looking for a talented and dedicated sales person to help transform a growing Cyber Security consultancy. With an excellent reputation and growing customer base the business is now in a position to add 2 people to help with the businesses with their next stage of growth.
We are looking for someone to spearhead the growth and take advantage of all the PR the business is getting currently. This role is critical to the company’s growth strategy. You'll be at the forefront of this effort, advocating for change, building strong business cases, setting ambitious targets, and, most importantly, achieving them.
For the role, some of the key Responsibilities include:

Drive the growth and adoption of the cyber security Business in Ireland
Serve as the primary advocate for the business in front of new customers.
Lead efforts to increase the customer base via numerous sales channels.
Represent the business at industry events, clearly communicating our value
proposition and differentiators.
Build and nurture strong relationships with all businesses in need of Cyber Security improvements in this ever-changing risk to us all.
Develop and communicate a compelling roadmap for customers, highlighting how
they can benefit from new security protection.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including management and engineers to ensure alignment and deliver impactful changes that drive business growth.

We are looking for people with the below Experience:

Gained sales or similar experience,
Proven ability to work closely with customers, understand their business challenges, and translate those into actionable sales pipelines
Ideally some experience or knowledge in the technical space. Ideally in Cyber Security, but not essential. Full training is provided.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
