The Keadeen Hotel, one of Ireland's premier 4-star hotels, is seeking a professional and friendly Full-Time Receptionist to join our vibrant front desk team. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating excellent guest experiences, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle reservations, telephone inquiries, and guest requests efficiently
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Ensure guest satisfaction by handling any concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Process payments and manage billing transactions
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (hotel experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software is a plus
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
