- A good telephone manner.
- Customer service skills, patience and tact.
- Taking enquiries/ bookings by phone and email.
- Provide relevant information and answer queries that customers may have.
- Make sure that any necessary information goes to each department in a timely manner.
- Up sell/ cross sell the services available in each department.
