- Have 2 years relevant experience in a similar / relevant role
- Have excellent communication skills
- Thrive in a busy, fast paced working environment
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Have exceptional customer service skills
- Be fully flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends
- Bar experienced is preferred but not essential as full training will be given
- Identify and resolve any special requirements, wants or needs of customers
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Complex
- Work closely with the rest of our team
