Dental Receptionist
Carlow Dental Centre is one of Ireland’s largest dental practices. We keep our patients at the heart of everything we do and smart, engaged employees are essential to our continued success.
We are currently going through a growth stage and require receptionists to add to our team. Carlow Dental Centre is a very modern facility and has invested hugely in the most up-to-date technology and is an efficiently run and much organised practice.
The Clinic is devoted to its team and in the Carlow Dental Centre we use the most up-to-date technology and techniques with an emphasis on providing a prompt excellent level of patient care.
A huge amount is invested into our practice and our employees in relation to ongoing training. Staff will be funded to qualify in certain areas to enhance their current role and there is always career enhancement for the right candidates.
If you are a receptionist or work in a front office environment and are interested in working in the dental field or if you are at the start of your career and wish to develop your sales skills and be the best that you can then this could be the position for you. The role is available for an immediate start.
Description:
We are currently recruiting 1 new receptionist for our busy 7-day a week dental clinic; you must be available to work evenings and weekends.
This is a great opportunity to work in a busy, professional environment. Full training will be provided and if you are ambitious and committed to your own development, we will help you optimise your potential.
Key Competencies:
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and telephone skills.
· Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and e-mail.
· Willingness to be a team player and an ability to work on own initiative
· Excellent organisational skills.
· Flexibility.
· Previous front office or reception experience is essential.
· Good time management skills.
· Ability to quickly build good rapport with new and existing patients and the dental professionals at all levels.
