About the role
Here at Kerry, we are currently recruiting for a QHSE Clerical Administrator based onsite in Listowel, Co. Kerry on a full time, permanent basis.
We're seeking a candidate who can demonstrate previous administrative experience, ideally in systems management and it would also be beneficial if applying candidates had experience on SAP, Salesforce and/or Intelex (although training would be provided).
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking further exposure of Management Programs, across functions.
What will I be doing?
- Maintenance of information in relevant files.
- Generation of periodic reports, KPIs & Statistics as required.
- Communication with external parties & customers as required.
- Administration of Salesforce requests and approval.
- Maintenance of QHSE Intelex system.
- Intelex site superuser.
- Procedure & SOP updating on relevant systems.
- Internal Audit participation.
- Coordination of laundry & lockers for medium care.
- Routine tasks as assigned by the QA function (e.g. swabs, metal checks, audit prep).
- Ad Hoc Administration requirements.
What do I need to be successful?

These include:
- A third level qualification in a Science related discipline is desirable, but not essential.
- Comfortable with analysis of data using Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- The successful candidate must be organized, systematic and should possess the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to respond to changing demands.
- Proficient in the use of MS office - Work, Power Point.
