About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team.The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing the planning, execution, and delivery of roofing, cladding, or window and door installation projects.
Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Monitoring progress on-site, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Managing resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements.
Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to throughout the project.
Leading project meetings and preparing progress reports for senior management and clients.
Problem-solving any issues or delays that arise during the project lifecycle.
Overseeing quality control and ensuring all work meets required standards.

Requirements:

7-8 years of experience in project management, ideally within the roofing and cladding sector.
Candidates with significant experience in windows and doors will also be considered.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques, especially within the building envelope sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management software.
A full, clean driving licence.
