About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Junior Surveyor with a construction background to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop their career in construction surveying while working on a variety of exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting senior surveyors in measuring and assessing construction sites.
Conducting site inspections and surveys to gather data for building envelope and roofing projects.
Assisting with preparing cost estimates, valuations, and tender documents.
Collaborating with project managers and site teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
Supporting the monitoring and tracking of project costs, budgets, and progress.
Assisting with compiling reports and maintaining records of site activities.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards on site.

Requirements:

Background in construction or a related field (e.g., construction management, quantity surveying).
Some experience in surveying or working in a construction environment is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Willingness to learn and develop skills in construction surveying.
A full, clean driving licence is preferred.
