Junior Duty Manager
Hotel Kilkenny is currently recruiting for a self-motivated, enthusiastic Junior Duty Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate should have a high standard of customer service and knowledge of Hotel Operations. Communication and presentation must be exceptional at all times. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to further their career and to develop their skills in the Hospitality Industry and would suit a candidate currently at Supervisory level.
Your role will include working in the main function rooms for conferences and Weddings, delegation of tasks, fire walks, cash handling, and overseeing food service during peak times. Ensuring the Guests are happy, Customer focus is essential and is a strong culture we believe in. You will hold meetings with Staff and ensure your long and short term planning for each function is completed in a timely manner. This role is for someone who wants of Duty Management.
