As a Production Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Working safely, promoting health & safety as a priority across the site. Keeping the whole team responsible for health & safety at the workplace.
- Leading Quality across the Value Stream and manage all non-conformances during the production process.
- Ensuring customer on-time delivery is at the forefront of everything you do.
- Overseeing the relevant production line's operations, staff, and facilities. Managing the production line and related staff, including all matters related to producing the specified company’s products and production personnel.
- Planning and organizing the production according to the agreed schedule. Managing capacity and resource across the value stream.
- Cooperating with Manufacturing Engineering to implement process improvements and lean initiatives within the Value Stream.
- Attending and bringing new ideas for diversified and highly inclusive leadership team. Participating at site leadership meetings.
- Ensuring the production achieves the required goals in terms of timing and quality, compatible with the Company’s customers' requirements.
- Driving quarterly revenue targets for the value stream and meeting all KPI's across the VST.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have experience in People Leading and leading all production activities.
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).
- Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Have great oral and written communication skills.
- Have great interpersonal and leadership skills
- Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Have effective problem identification and solution skills with proven analytical and organizational ability.
