O'Toole Transport are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our busy, dynamic Transport Team based in Galway.
Founded in 1996 and based in Galway, Dublin & Glasgow the company now employs over 280 people.

• Payroll processing and filing payroll submissions
• Filing returns on ROS.
• Compiling weekly Timesheets
• Comparing Timesheets with clock in
• Overseeing employee benefits, health insurance, pension, and other deductions
• Addressing and resolving client enquiries related to payroll, taxes, and benefits
• Dealing with all Payroll queries as they arise
• Preparation of weekly reports for management
• Ad-hoc duties as required

This role does not require previous experience, just a willingness to learn! A structured training programme in a highly collaborative team-orientated environment is provided.
Previous knowledge of Collsoft & Brightpay Payroll would be a bonus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
