We are seeking a passionate Order Fulfilment Operative to join our award-winning team at Arboretum Leighlinbridge. You’ll play a key role in contributing to the exceptional experience we strive to create for our customers every day.
Key Responsibilities:

• Order Picking: Accurately pick and stage products using handheld devices; ensure correct items and quantities for online orders.
• Customer Service: Provide prompt support via phone, email, or chat; assist with order tracking and resolve customer issues.
• Inventory Management: Conduct stock checks, restock shelves, and assist with inventory audits.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with warehouse and e-commerce teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• General Duties: Adhere to company policies, maintain a clean workspace, and perform other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, with excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in order picking or a similar role, with the ability to use handheld devices for inventory management.
• Accuracy in picking and organising products, as well as conducting stock checks and inventory audits.
• Ability to work effectively within a team, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
