Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers with enthusiasm, providing exceptional service throughout their experience, with emphasis on the quality and presentation of food.
- Ensure that the café is cleaned, set up correctly, and maintained throughout the day.
- Efficiently operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process till transactions accurately.
- Assist with stock replenishment in food counters and maintain organized displays.
- Adhere to Food Safety Regulations at all times.
- Previous experience in a food service role is essential.
- Confident in interacting with customers and offering product recommendations.
- Food Safety Training is desirable.
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.
- Good working knowledge of HACCP procedures.
