Position available: Online Fulfilment Operator
We wish to recruit an online fulfilment operator who will provide exceptional standards of customer service to our online customers. Based in our Warehouse facility in Letterkenny, this is a varied and interesting role with opportunity for career progression.
We offer flexible working hours ranging from 8 to 20 hours per week as required, perfect for part-time job seekers, or anyone looking to earn extra income in the run up to the festive period.

Job Type: Part-time
Required
Flexible availability; We are looking for an individual who can adapt to a variety of tasks and working hours in the lead up to the busy festive period.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to;

• Processing customer orders.
• Responding to queries from wholesale and web customers by phone and email.
• Organising web and other dispatches using various courier services.
• Sending out order confirmations and invoices.
• Liaising with the E-Commerce Manager on any web-related issues.
• Stock control management and preparation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
• Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Word/Excel.
• A quick learner with problem-solving abilities and excellent attention to detail.

Recommended
Previous Retail Experience; While not essential, previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
