Night Manager
The Keadeen Hotel is seeking a Night Manager to join our team in Kildare. This role is pivotal to our success, and we are committed to providing a competitive package that reflects the candidate's skills and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the night operations of the hotel, ensuring a smooth and efficient service is provided to all guests.
- Supervise and manage a team of night staff, providing training and support as required.
- Ensure all guest requests and complaints are dealt with promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the hotel's security and safety standards, conducting regular checks and ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Handle all financial transactions and complete the night audit process.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Night Manager or similar role in the Catering & Hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts and weekends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
