Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Night Manager or similar role in the Catering & Hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts and weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
