Position: Evening / Night Shift Cleaner
Hours: 5:00pm – 2:00am
Contract: Full Time Monday to Friday

Overview:
Dunleavy Meats are looking to hire a motivated and hardworking person to join their hygiene team on the evening / night shift. The successful candidate must be able to work on their own initiative and have a good work ethic. They will be responsible for maintaining the highest standard of hygiene in the factory as directed by their Supervisor and the Technical Manager.
NOTE: This position is a physically demanding job and involves the use of a pressure washer for extended periods of time to clean the abattoir and boning hall. You must be able to follow direction and learn on the job. The successful candidate must be meticulous.
Role Responsibilities:

• Effectively work as part of the hygiene team
• Effectively clean and sanitise all areas of production to the highest standard
• Maintain a clean, tidy and orderly working environment
• Clear the production and surrounding areas of all debris
• Operate the washing equipment i.e., power washer
• Remove all waste from the production areas and dispose of it through the relevant waste disposal process
• Ensure all the machinery is thoroughly cleaned, sanitised and maintained
• Ensure all the equipment is cleaned, sanitised, maintained and stored correctly
• Dispose of all waste in the appropriate skips / areas
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times
