Main Purpose:
The Marketing Executive will develop and drive marketing campaigns across various media to support the growth of inbound sales. This role involves identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency.
Key Activities:
Market Research & Reporting:

• Organise and conduct market research, report on competitor trends, and market changes.

Administrative Tasks:

• Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth department operations, including data analysis and report writing.

Content Creation & Deployment:

• Develop engaging content for the company’s website and social media platforms.

Client Communication:

• Engage and communicate with clients to foster strong relationships.

Marketing Literature:

• Create marketing materials, such as brochures and case studies, to enhance the company’s market presence.

Campaign Implementation:

• Plan and execute successful marketing campaigns from concept to delivery.

Campaign Assessment:

• Evaluate marketing campaign results and provide recommendations to senior management.

Event Promotion:

• Arrange promotional events and support the sales team at these events as needed.

Analytical Techniques:

• Use marketing analytics to gather data, measure effectiveness, and assess campaign performance.

Consumer Behavior Analysis:

• Analyze consumer behavior to adjust email and advertising campaigns.

Additional Duties:

• Perform other tasks to support business needs.

Education & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Relevant marketing qualification.
• Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel for data analysis.

Experience & Skills:

• Demonstrable experience in marketing.
• Proven ability to identify target audiences and lead engaging marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Solid knowledge of website analytic tools.

Leadership & Accountability:

• Self-motivated, proactive in leading campaigns, and engaging with managers internally and externally.
• Accountable for developing marketing strategies and driving social media content to increase brand awareness and sales growth.
• Committed to Health & Safety practices and accurate record-keeping.

Contacts:

• Regular communication with Managing Director, General Manager, Administration Manager, Sales team, and Admin team as appropriate.

• Requires adherence to company rules and support for process improvements.
