Main purpose of the role:
Food village offer a canteen service across Ireland. We seek an operatives to cover school areas across Ireland. You will cover schools within your locality/county/area.
Job description:
Responsible for the preparation of high quality hot and cold deli products and for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
· Responsible for the preparation of high quality hot and cold food products and for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority.
· HACCP training is desirable but not necessary
· Excellent communication skills
· Previous customer service experience is an advantage
· The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure
· A passion for food and the ability to inspire shoppers.
· You will require your own transport.
· You will be required to undergo garda vetting.
· The operative will have basic computer literacy (web browsing) and the ability to work fast in a fast paced environment.
· You may be required to offer training, support, auditing and help in the setup of new school canteen services in your area.
Immediate start and support.
Job Type: Part-time – 13.5 hours per week. School Term only.
Work Schedule: Monday, - Friday – between 11am and 2pm
Salary: €12.70 per hour
