Legal Receptionist – Co Carlow Our client, a well-established Legal firm based in Co Carlow are looking for a receptionist to join their growing team. Duties:
Answering telephone calls, directing calls.
Opening, scanning and attaching post
Greeting clients.
Collect and record client information accurately and confidentially.
Requirements:
2 + years’ experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Strong organisational skills.
