Purpose of Post: The position requires the management of day-to-day activities as they pertain to areas in personnel and office operations. The Manager's primary role is to organise the resources of the business, improve its performance and ensure operations run smoothly while upholding the organisation's strategic objectives. Duties and Responsibilities
Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases.
Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence.
Monitors office operations.
Schedules appointments and meetings for management.
Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders.
Supervises all administrative personnel.
Sets up systems and structures of the business
· Provide administrative support to various departments within the company, · Organise internal meetings, company-wide events, and off-site meetings, coordinating logistics, catering, and other event-related details. · Serve as a liaison between employees and senior management, disseminating important information and facilitating internal communications. · Draft and proofread business correspondence, emails, and reports on behalf of the Managing Director. · Assist with ensuring the company’s compliance with local laws and regulations, particularly in relation to office operations and employee welfare. · Draft all Policy and Procedures in conjunction MD Job Skills

Operate all office equipment within Health & Safety and department guidelines.
Using appropriate IT packages to write letters and reports on a number of subjects.
Assist Prestige Window & Doors management in the creation of a pro-active, problem-solving culture within Prestige Windows & Doors policies and procedures.
Participate in performance, development and review system.
Attend and contribute to meetings and partake in rota system for minute taking.
Contribute to the maintenance of a harmonious team-working environment.
Contributing to the establishment and maintenance of administration staff training manuals.
Other duties relevant to the post as may be determined by a Prestige Windows & Doors Director.
