Duties and Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, investigate, document, and answer customers' Tier 1 support requests
Communicate with staff and customers regarding software issues
Identify customers’ processes and requirements in order to provide advice during implementation
Train customers on product and guide them on implementation/start-up tasks
Onboard new customers onto our software platform
Import customer data
Install and configure solutions for on-premises customers
Track and manage customers' implementation and training status
Help create and maintain documentation including reference tools, customer guides, and implementation/start-up curriculum
Assist with creating and delivering training webinars
Other duties as assigned

Duties and Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science or related on-the-job experience
Demonstrated experience providing effective, engaging training
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
MS Office proficiency, especially Word & Excel
Very good understanding of Microsoft Windows and various web browsers (Chrome/Edge/IE/Safari/Firefox)
Good understanding of database driven and web-based applications
Effective time management skills
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Problem solver with ability to create “outside the box” solutions
Travel as needed (company-paid)
