Role:
Mission
Advise and design the most appropriate cash management solution that best meets the requirements of Non-Bank Financial Institution clients (NBFIs).
Guarantee the delivery of cash management solutions in accordance with the solution contents and within the agreed timeframe.
Take ownership of the implementation onboarding process and ensure implementation requests are allocated to the correct team.
Manage and coordinate the implementation of products and services of local and multi-country deals, according to the dedicated methodology.
Proactively lead project planning and communication between client and internal resources to drive client satisfaction.
Provide sales advisory support.
Identify and transform Cash Management business development opportunities with a defined portfolio of NBFI clients.
Work on ad-hoc business development initiatives contributing to business revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
On boarding, Project Planning and Management
Understand and challenge the client’s business requirements.
Act as a single point of contact for the client, manage projects from scoping to delivery.
Moderate and/or lead any cash management solution design workshops.
Coordinate and organize all BNP Paribas stakeholders (Products, Coverage, Legal, Operational teams) in a timely manner.
Project organization, lead project committees, define and update project documentation.
Actively participate in RFPs and/or client presentations.
Identify additional business opportunities during the client sales and implementation process.
Report achievements and issues to management and input the relevant items in the internal project reporting tool.
Provide clients with satisfaction surveys and ensure implementation feedback on completion of each project.
Develop a close relationship and understanding with a portfolio selected of NBFI clients chosen in coordination with the global Coverage and Cash Management client targeting strategy.
Qualifications & Experience required for this role:
Understanding of BNPP Group Organization
Excellent technical knowledge of payment/reporting file formats, e.g. ISO20022 (pain and camt), SWIFT (MT101, MT940/942), Local Channel
Understanding of different types of domestic and cross-border cash management and liquidity management products
Good understanding of domestic and cross-border payments types, e.g. ACH vs RTGS, settlement processes and methods
Cash Management risks and procedures
Project management methodology (problem clarification, meeting organization, presentation, reporting)
Proficient in the use Microsoft Office
