Health Insurance Advisor (Irish Residency Required)
We are seeking seeking a full time permanent Health Insurance Advisor to work from our Head Office located in Portlaoise, Co Laois. True Financial Limited is a leading Financial Services Brokerage, providing solutions for clients Financial needs including Protection, Pensions, Savings & Investments, Mortgages, Health Insurance, Personal Financial Planning and Business Financial Planning. We specialise in online, telephone and face to face consultations.
As a Health Insurance Advisor you will be a key member of the Financial Services team, providing high standards of service to clients throughout the entire process with the company.
Responsibilities & Attributes
Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year

As a Health Insurance Advisor you will be a key member of the Financial Services team, providing high standards of service to clients throughout the entire process with the company.
Responsibilities & Attributes
- Consult with individuals from high intent new customer inbound enquiries and back book via email and phone to assess health insurance needs, considering budget, medical requirements, and coverage.
- Completing fact finds and preparing personalised comparisons and reports for clients.
- Liaise with insurers and clients as required
- Ensuring effective communication with our Financial Services Advisors and Business Partners.
- Communicating with clients over the phone and email, keeping them updated on the progress of their applications
- A professional and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Adhering to Company and Central Bank duties and responsibilities
- Have 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Be client and company focused.
- Have great attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
- APA/QFA desirable but not required
