Responsibilities
- High levels of Sales, Service & Standards for customers and branch
- Sales responsibility
- A strong knowledge of pharmacy products and services
- Cash management duties
- Adhering to company standards and procedures
- Merchandising and Marketing
- Purchasing and Stock Control as per company policy
- Dealing with sales representatives
- Support colleagues working elsewhere in the branch as needed
- Mentoring of less experienced of staff
Skills and Experience
- Must have pharmacy OTC experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent sales skills and customer service required
- Delivering sales targets
- Friendly and approachable
- Positive attitude
- A helpful and courteous manner
- Willing to work as part of a team
- Retail Experience required
- Flexibility to work Monday-Sunday
- Fluency in English
