Job Title: Waiter/Waitress - Breakfast and Lunch Shift (7am - 3pm)
Rate: DOE including tips

Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Waiter/Waitresses. As a vital part of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities:

Greeting and seating guests promptly
Taking orders accurately and efficiently
Serving food and beverages promptly and courteously
Anticipating guests' needs and attending to them promptly
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the dining area
Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Handling payments and operating the POS system accurately

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
