Your Role:
As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the heart of Pins Gastrobar, driving the daily operations and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. This leadership role calls for a blend of strong management skills, a flair for communication, and a commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Inspire and lead a dedicated front-of-house team to provide outstanding service
Oversee all daily restaurant operations, from scheduling and inventory to financial reporting
Maintain our high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
Cultivate a positive and supportive work environment, offering continuous training and growth opportunities for staff
Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless front-to-back-of-house operations
Implement and uphold health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for both staff and guests

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, ideally in a high-volume restaurant
Strong leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and guiding a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and financial oversight
Demonstrated track record of delivering top-notch customer service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus
