Scholars Townhouse Hotel is a family run boutique hotel located withing 5 minutes walk of Drogheda town centre. We have two other venues a very short walk from the hotel."Peggy Moores Pub" and very shortly "Sunday Street". There is enormous scope for fast progression within this business..
If you have the relevant experience and would like to develop your career within a busy hotel and bar environment we could have an excellent opportunity for you.
The ideal candidate would be fluent in English, have recent relevant Food & Beverage MGT/Supervisor experience and possess the ability to engage with customers & staff in a friendly & professional manner in order to create a unique guest & working experience.
Main Responsibilities

Prepare & serve alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Interact with customers, take orders and serve food & beverage
Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Coordinate bookings and monitor floor staff during service
Manage a team and run food and beverage service
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
To be a team player and help maintain a positive working environment
Deal with customer issues that may arise
