Salary: €26,862.00-€28,144.00 per year
Benefits:
Pay: €13.00-€14.50 per hour
Additional pay:
- Delivering excellent standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Support the Management Team with training and development
- Ensure clear communication between the F&B Team and overall Hotel Team
- To take every opportunity to maximise revenue within the Food & Beverage outlets
- To ensure the presentation of the F&B area is maintained to the highest standards
- To ensure the team adhere to the uniform standards at all times
- To be responsible for the day to day queries, complaints, and issues that may arise in an efficient and professional manner
Essential
- Motivated, ambitious and proactive Team player
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
- Excellent planning & organisational skills
- 1-2 Years previous supervisory experience in a Food Service environment
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role
