Financial Advisor Support Specialist
Hastings Insurance are seeking to recruit a Financial Advisor Support Specialist to join our Financial Services team in Dublin. This role will support the existing team of Financial Advisors.
The Role
Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
The Role
- Manage the processing of new business applications in Pension, Investments, and Protection products, dealing directly with the relevant insurers to ensure these are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Communicate with clients over the phone and email keeping them updated on the progress of their application/s.
- Produce and send out client correspondence, including policy documentation at both new business and renewal stage.
- Proactively service client’s on-going requirements, in an efficient and customer focused manner, arranging Financial Advisor review where necessary.
- Support with the preparation of regular policy reviews;
- Generate risk assessment results and produce statements of suitability and other reports;
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer success and revenue growth.
- Fully comply with all relevant regulatory requirements, in particular the Fitness & Probity Standards.
- Experience in an administration role required.
- Financial Brokerage experience and relevant product knowledge an advantage.
- QFA qualified or part-qualified is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Excellent communicator
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven to achieve & exceed targets
- Demonstrated problem solver, ability to deal with client issues/problems in a polite and professional manner
- Be able to demonstrate strong knowledge on the application of the Consumer Protection Code 2012 in a financial services firm
- Be able to demonstrate a knowledge of the market search engines, insurers software and, client management systems
Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
