F&B Operations Manager
The Noel group is excited to be recruiting for an experienced hospitality professional for the position of Food and Beverage Manager in a 4 star hotel in Macroom.
This is a in family run hotel with a strong F&B trade. You will be hands on, spending time with staff & customers, building relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in the hospitality industry and take the next step.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Oversee and manage all catering outlets in the hotel to meet required standards.
- Ensure a hands on approach to your management style.
- Ensure guests receive a genuine, warm, friendly, and courteous welcome upon arrival and throughout their stay.
- Anticipate guests needs.
- Manage the roster for all on-the-ground food & beverage and conferencing & banqueting staff
- Maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene, dress, appearance, body language, and conduct.
- Assist with coaching and training of new staff as much as reasonably possible.
- Maintain effective communication and good relationships with management and all other departments.
- Ensure prompt and efficient service of all meals, snacks, functions, and beverages to the required standards.
- Support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of all hotel operations and deputize in their absence.
