Estimator Skills: The Estimator role would suit a driven individual with a minimum of 4 years experience.

• Experience with construction work preferably Residential and Commercial.
• Proven track record of successful bidding on projects.
• Capability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong computer skills with particular expertise in MS Office and estimating software.
• Ability to ensure all tender submissions are both feasible and profitable.
• Excellent communication skills and Client Relationship skills.

What you’ll get in return: An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate of approx. €65,000 + package, flexible depending on experience, and the opportunity to work with a hugely successfully Irish Main Contractor in Cavan / Monaghan.
