The ideal candidate will have a warm, friendly and engaging personality and is someone who takes pride in always providing excellent guest care and a high standard of service.
Responsibilities:
· Greet guests with Warm Welcome, a friendly and professional demeanour as they arrive and leave the premises.
· Provide assistance to guests, including opening doors, offering directions, and assisting with luggage or packages.
· Manage the flow of guests and vehicles, especially during busy periods, to ensure a smooth and orderly experience.
· Coordinate with front desk staff and other departments to ensure seamless service and address any guest needs.
· Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times, in line with our company’s standards.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
· Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks, such as lifting and moving luggage.
· Full Drivers Licence
· Professional appearance and demeanour.
· Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· A polite, courteous, and positive attitude.
