Customer Support Specialist

To support our fast growing and ambitious international expansion, we are recruiting for the role of Customer Support Specialist based in Tuam County Galway.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support in resolving queries, recommending solutions, and helping end users through features and functionalities. They will also gain exposure to various website content management systems such as Wordpress so a willingness to learn new skills is important.

Duties include
- Responding to end user queries in a timely manner – telephone and email
- Identify customer requirements and advise customers on best use of specific features of the system
- Onboarding new customers
- Reporting of common product issues to the manager
- Provide user feedback on the platform to the team
- Assisting team in maintaining and updating websites where possible
- Support team in roll out of new products and technologies
- At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Support Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Enjoy taking ownership and control of your queries and see to a successful resolution
- You are “tech savvy” as there are many systems that you will use including CRM and Ticketed Help Desk Support.
- Ability to multi-task and communicate with various teams
- Willingness to learn web technologies and interested in progressing a career in this area.
