Job Opportunity: Customer Service Agent (Blanchardstown Office)
Join our dedicated team providing exceptional homecare services across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. This is an ongoing role, reporting to the Office Administration Manager. The position is based in our Blanchardstown office.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Occasional Saturday work may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
€13.22 - €13.70 per hour

- Responding to inquiries from homecare patients and healthcare staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinating with internal and external teams to resolve delivery issues.
- Managing orders and tasks for field staff using a bespoke database.
- Consistently meeting and exceeding service levels and targets.
- Handling various office administration tasks as needed.
- Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Professional telephone manner and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus but not essential.
€13.22 - €13.70 per hour
