Senior Bar Staff
Location: Dublin 1
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: €18 per hour
Flexistaff is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior Bar Staff member in Dublin 1. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of €18, with 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have experience in keyholding, cashing up, and managing bar operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar operations to ensure excellent customer service
• Keyholding duties, including opening and closing the bar
• Cashing up and managing end-of-day financial reconciliation
• Stock management and ordering supplies
• Train and supervise junior bar staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Address customer queries and complaints professionally

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior bar role, with keyholding and cashing up experience
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Must be available to work in Dublin 1 and have the legal right to work in Ireland
