Flexistaff is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team in North and South Dublin. This role involves installing and servicing medical oxygen and ventilation equipment, along with providing essential training and support to patients and their families.

Flexistaff is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team in North and South Dublin. This role involves installing and servicing medical oxygen and ventilation equipment, along with providing essential training and support to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and service medical oxygen and ventilation equipment.
- Provide training and technical support to patients and families.
- Share product knowledge in both private and hospital settings.
- Offer after-hours patient support on a rotational basis.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for improving patient lives through outstanding customer service.
- Experience in field-based technical sales (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in technical repairs with attention to detail.
- Competent in computer operations and practical IT skills.
- Willingness to take on varied tasks and responsibilities.
- Full driving license held for at least 2 years.
- Familiar with local geography and willing to travel occasionally to cover other regions.
- Residing in Dublin South or nearby areas.

- Company vehicle, fuel card, laptop, and mobile phone.
- Extensive training and support.
- Garda vetting for successful candidates.
- Hourly rate: €14.42 (€30k per year).
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
- Occasional overtime at time-and-a-half or double pay.
- On-call allowance: Additional €245 per week.
- Full clean driving license required.
