Curust Industries Ltd has been trading in Ireland for over 70 years. It is a successful supplier of a range of hardware products (including paints & decorating, security and homecare products) to the retail market.
The Company has a broad customer base and sells to hardware/DIY stores, co-ops, paint stores, wholesalers, cash and carrys and locksmiths. The business has developed several of its own brands which are very well respected in the market including Douglas Decorative, Douglas Professional, Lowe and Tessi.
Due to continuing growth and expansion a vacancy exists for an Area Sales Representative to cover this existing territory.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage and develop the existing customer base and develop new and lasting business relationships.
Candidates should have a proven track record in direct field sales and ideally have experience in selling into the Hardware Merchant and DIY Trades. Candidates should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be self-motivated and have the ability to negotiate with customers and buying groups at a senior level. The ability to work as part of a team is essential.
An attractive remuneration package will be on offer including a fully expensed company car, laptop/tablet & mobile phone.
