Commercial Property Manager - Leading Property Services Firm

Role: Commercial Property Manager

Client: Leading Property Services Agency

Essentials: 2-4 years’ Commercial Property Management experience, proficiency in Property Management software, PSRA License, Full Driving License

Location: Dublin based office & portfolio

Salary & Package: €45,000 - €60,000, pension, bonuses, mileage, phone & laptop and more.

Progression: Senior Commercial Property Manager

Reporting to: Director

Our client a top-tier property services firm, is seeking a Property Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial properties across Dublin. You will oversee the delivery of high-quality, sustainable property and facilities management services, ensuring compliance with lease covenants and landlord & tenant relationships.

Key responsibilities include managing service charge budgets, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, dealing with tenant queries and applications, and managing third-party insurances and emergency maintenance requests.

Additionally, you'll support senior management in business development efforts, and client and monthly reporting.
