In our first year, we’ve been honored as Best Café in Ireland at the Irish Restaurant Awards, and we’re looking for a dedicated Manager to continue our mission of excellence and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example: Inspire and manage a diverse team, fostering a supportive, collaborative, and fun environment.
- Maintain our exceptional standards: Ensure that every cup of coffee, every dish, and every customer interaction meets the quality we are known for.
- Operational management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory, orders, and service efficiency. Work closely with our team to maintain seamless operations in both café and wine bar service.
- Customer experience: Create a welcoming atmosphere, upholding our “Happy Out” vibe where customers feel at home.
- Wine bar management: Assist in curating and serving our wine selection Thursday to Saturday, ensuring a professional and enjoyable evening experience.
- Ensure excellence in hygiene: Oversee HACCP compliance and maintain an impeccable café environment in collaboration with our head chef.
- Community and inclusivity: Support and embrace our work with Together Academy, providing a positive experience for both our customers and our young adults with Down syndrome. If this doesn’t resonate with you, this role may not be the right fit.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within a high-volume, fast-paced café.
- A strong background in specialty coffee and proficiency in dialing in multiple coffee profiles and making filter coffee.
- Knowledge and passion for wine service and food pairing, with experience in evening operations.
- Familiarity with scheduling, rostering, and managing teams.
- HACCP level 2 or 3 preferred.
- A genuine interest in working with young adults with Down syndrome and contributing to a meaningful, inclusive environment.
- Comfort in food preparation and understanding of kitchen operations.
