Bookkeeper - Part Time
Our Client requires an experienced Bookkeeper for their company in Swords
This is a Part-Time, Permanent Role, 3 days per week 9am to 5pm
Salary on offer €35,000 to €40,000 per annum pro rated
Role & Responsibilities
Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
Schedule:
Expected start date: 01/10/2024

Role & Responsibilities
- Managing Accounts Payable function
- Managing Accounts Receivable function. To include credit control/payment collection
- Bank Reconciliations
- Preparing VAT returns
- Maintaining accurate trial balance
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with the preparation of financial statements.
- General Office Duties; Answering telephone, managing correspondence and maintaining office supplies.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Bookkeeping
- Proficient in use of XERO
- High Level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Advanced/Higher Certificate (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 5 years (required)
Expected start date: 01/10/2024
