Our Client requires an experienced Bookkeeper for their company in Swords
This is a Part-Time, Permanent Role, 3 days per week 9am to 5pm
Salary on offer €35,000 to €40,000 per annum pro rated
Role & Responsibilities

• Managing Accounts Payable function
• Managing Accounts Receivable function. To include credit control/payment collection
• Bank Reconciliations
• Preparing VAT returns
• Maintaining accurate trial balance
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with the preparation of financial statements.
• General Office Duties; Answering telephone, managing correspondence and maintaining office supplies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Bookkeeping
• Proficient in use of XERO
• High Level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Advanced/Higher Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

• Bookkeeping: 5 years (required)
