Bar Supervisor
The Farnham Estate 4* Spa and Golf Resort is a 158-bedroom luxury hotel and golf resort based in County Cavan. It has significant occupancy throughout the year, a reputation for excellent guest service and is an exceptionally relaxing, comfortable destination venue.
The Role:
A Bar Supervisor is required for Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort. The Bar Supervisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests in a fast-paced environment within the parameters of our Food and Beverage outlets.

A Bar Supervisor is required for Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort. The Bar Supervisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests in a fast-paced environment within the parameters of our Food and Beverage outlets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing procedures.
- Overseeing all food service within the bar.
- Ensuring the bar staff follow the correct steps of service.
- Providing training for staff members.
- Providing the highest quality service for our guests.
- Plan ahead to ensure a smooth service.
- Staff briefings and after service chats.
- Comply with health and safety procedures at all times.
- Assist the Bar Manager with stock control.
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Be able to motivate a team.
- Work well as part of a team and on their own initiative.
- Be a good communicator and passionate about their work
- Have experience of working in a Bar environment.
- Knowledge of Cocktail making, essential.
- Have experience of working to high safety standards.
