Job Title: Baker

Working hours: 39hrs/week To ensure the day to day operations are carried out in line with the company standards and the customers demands, providing quality service, and following instructions given.
Responsabilities:
- To assist with running of overall kitchen and the associated areas and keep the high standards expected
- Monitor stock rotation
- Check delivery and return
- Act in a professional manner and report any issue to senior member of staff
- Be involved in the setting up of menu
- Come up with new ideas and initiatives to enhance the customer's experience
- Have fun and enjoy your work!
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Bakery
- Knowledge in fermented dough
- Assist main chef to deliver agreed standards of food
- Maintain and monitor H.A.A.C.P system set in place
