We are looking for an experienced baker or someone who demonstrates a flair for baking to join our kitchen.
Working hours: 40 per/week.
Hours of work will be on rotation of early mornings & day shifts. Some weekend shifts included.
To ensure the day to day operations are carried out in line with the company standards and the customers demands, providing quality service, and following instructions given.
Responsabilities:
- To assist main baker with running of overall kitchen and the associated areas and keep the high standards expected
- Monitor stock rotation
- Be innovative & involved in new menu ideas to enhance the customer's experience
- Maintain and monitor H.A.A.C.P system set in place
Qualifications:
- experience in a Bakery/Cafe or similar environment desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: No more than 39 per week
