Accounts & Office Administrator
On behalf of our client, whose business is operating in Cavan in the construction sector, we are seeking to recruit for the role of Accounts and Office Administrator on a part time basis.
The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to the following:-
Expected hours: 25 per week
Work Location: In person

The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to the following:-
- Processing payroll.
- Preparation and submission of VAT and RCT returns.
- Preparation of bank reconciliations, raising sales invoices, credit notes and statements.
- Inputting supplier invoices, credit notes and reconciliation of statements.
- Organising payments to suppliers.
- Project and PO reconciliation.
- Responsible for the maintenance of debtors and creditors ledger and nominal account postings.
- Review of debtors and follow up actions.
- Production of quarterly management accounts.
- Providing various financial data for management.
- Identifying and implementing of administrative efficiencies.
- Performing general administrative duties as necessary.
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software especially Xero
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines.
Expected hours: 25 per week
